is a family-owned, community-first business founded by lifelong Treasure Valley residents Jason and Jennifer Hockman. Deeply rooted in our local community, our family is dedicated to providing our neighbors with the honest, reliable elevator solutions they deserve.
Our Story
After spending more than 20 years working for major corporate elevator companies, Jason noticed a troubling trend: as companies grew larger, genuine customer care took a backseat. As a fully licensed mechanic with extensive, hands-on troubleshooting expertise across all major brands and applications, Jason knew there was a better way. To bring true quality service back to the forefront, he transitioned away from the corporate giants to run a dedicated local business where customers always come first.
A New Milestone: 7 Years of Growth
For the past 7 years, we have poured our hearts into building this business from the ground up, serving homeowners and commercial properties across the region. Thanks to the incredible support of our community, we are thrilled to announce that we have officially moved into our very first dedicated commercial space! This new storefront represents a massive milestone for our family, giving our team a permanent home base to better serve you with enhanced inventory, streamlined operations, and faster response times.
